This page explains how Teen Beauty Pakistan delivers orders nationwide and how our 30-day money-back returns work. For checkout help, see Contact.

1. Where we ship

We deliver across Pakistan (major cities and most towns reachable by our courier partners), including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more.

2. Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 2–4 business days after confirmation. Remote areas may take longer. Delays can happen due to weather, courier backlog, or incomplete addresses.

3. Shipping charges & free shipping

• Standard shipping is typically PKR 200 unless a promotion applies.
• Orders at or above PKR 2,500 usually qualify for free shipping.
• The exact amount is shown at checkout based on current store settings.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep your phone reachable and the correct cash ready. Repeated refused COD deliveries may lead to prepaid-only ordering for future purchases.

5. 30-day money-back returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

• Message WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason.
• Hygiene-sensitive opened cosmetics may be reviewed case by case if the seal is broken — tell us honestly what happened.
• Damaged or wrong items: send clear photos; we will replace or refund as appropriate.
• Approved refunds are processed after we confirm the return/issue (method depends on how you paid).
